Media
Staff should not give interviews or official statements. Politely direct all media enquiries to the RSA management team onsite.

- Be friendly
- Be approachable
- Listen first
- Avoid judgement
- Encourage safer choices
- Never tell somebody they are safe to drive
- Never give legal advice
- Escalate concerns when necessary
- Focus on helping people get home safely
